Account Manager

Job Description :

As an Account Manager at Phoenix 3 Consulting, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of sales campaigns, and driving customer satisfaction. You will be the initial representation of our client's services, working closely with prospective customers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and deliver tailored solutions that best fit their household or business.

What You Will Do :

Step 1 : Submit your resume and cover letter through our online application portal. We will review your qualifications and experience to assess your fit for the role.

Step 2 : If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to a 20-30 minute phone screening with our HR team. This conversation will focus on your background, experience, and interest in the Account Manager position.

Step 3 : Successful candidates from the phone screening will be invited to a first-round interview virtually with the hiring manager. This interview will delve deeper into your experience, skills, and how you approach client management.

Step 4 :Candidates who excel in the first-round interview and assessment task will move on to the final interview. This interview may include senior management and will focus on cultural fit, your long-term goals, and how you align with Phoenix 3 Consulting’s values.

Step 5 :  If selected, you will receive an official job offer, outlining the terms and conditions of your employment. Upon acceptance, we will begin the onboarding process, welcoming you to the Phoenix 3 Consulting team.
