As an Account Manager at Phoenix 3 Consulting, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of sales campaigns, and driving customer satisfaction. You will be the initial representation of our client's services, working closely with prospective customers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and deliver tailored solutions that best fit their household or business.
What You Will Do :
Help coordinate and execute face-to-face sales campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client objectives.
Operate as the point of contact for assigned leads in your given sales territory
Answer customer inquiries and identify new business opportunities
Participate in training programs to develop your skills in sales, client management, and industry knowledge.
